  • baby potatoes
  • carrots
  • olive oil
  • herb and garlic seasoning

How To Make Chicken And Potatoes In A Slow Cooker…

  1. Toss all ingredients together until well coated
  2. Add to slow cooker
  3. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6
  4. If desired heat skillet with 2 tablespoon butter

Pro Tips…

Red potatoes tend to cook faster than white. If you want firmer potatoes choose the white variety.

 

You can adjust the seasoning amount and type to shake things up. Try a spicier seasoning for more flavor.

 

Want to make some gravy to serve with your Chicken and Potatoes? You can strain the drippings, mix with cornstarch in small saucepan, and simmer to make a delicious gravy that perfectly compliments your meal.

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 16 oz baby potatoes
  • 8 oz carrots peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon herb and garlic seasoning
