This Chili Cheese Dip is a no-hassle appetizer. Since it’s made in a slow cooker, just add everything and let it melt. Keep the dip on warm setting throughout the night to let the flavors meld.

 

Real ingredients are the reason Slow Cooker Chili Cheese Dip tastes so great. There are no preservatives and the recipe doesn’t use processed cube cheese.

 

Slow cooker Chili Cheese Dip is the perfect appetizer for serving up with tortilla chips or veggies. You can even make up a batch and use it to make nachos!

Ingredients You’ll Need To Make Slow Cooker Chili Cheese Dip:

ground beef
onion
frozen corn kernels
fire roasted diced tomatoes
tomato sauce
taco seasoning
cream cheese
shredded sharp cheddar cheese

 

**You can substitute dairy-free cheese** 
My favorite dairy free cheeses are Miyoko’s brand.

How To Make Chili Cheese Dip In A Slow Cooker…

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet and drain any excess grease
  2. Add all ingredients to a small (approximately 2 quart) slow cooker
  3. Heat until melted, stirring occasionally, about 1-2 hours on high for 2-4 on low

Pro Tips:

Want to give your dip some extra zip? Add some chopped fresh jalapeño or bell pepper to kick the flavor up a notch.

 

Adding some fresh chopped cilantro garnish makes for a fancier presentation sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 15 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon homemade taco seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature (dairy free))
  • 4-8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese (dairy free)

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in skillet and drain any excess grease

  • Use regular or dairy-free cheese
  • Add chopped fresh jalapeño or bell pepper if desired
