ground beef
onion
frozen corn kernels
fire roasted diced tomatoes
tomato sauce
taco seasoning
cream cheese
shredded sharp cheddar cheese

 

**You can substitute dairy-free cheese** 
My favorite dairy free cheeses are Miyoko’s brand.

How To Make Chili Cheese Dip In A Slow Cooker…

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet and drain any excess grease
  2. Add all ingredients to a small (approximately 2 quart) slow cooker
  3. Heat until melted, stirring occasionally, about 1-2 hours on high for 2-4 on low

Pro Tips:

Want to give your dip some extra zip? Add some chopped fresh jalapeño or bell pepper to kick the flavor up a notch.

  • 4-8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese dairy free
