Slow Cooker Pork and Beans

2 pounds boneless pork shoulder 2 14.5 oz cans pinto beans drained and rinsed 1 ½ cups bbq sauce 2 tablespoons coconut sugar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 small yellow sweet onion diced 1 tablespoon jarred minced garlic 2 teaspoons mustard powder

Prep Time: 15 Min

Cook Time: 6 hours



Add all ingredients except pork to slow cooker and stir to combine


Cut pork into 4 smaller pieces and then nestle into mixture in slow cooker


Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours


Remove and shred pork then add back to slow cooker and stir to combine
