Ingredients

rump roast

tablespoon
herb and garlic seasoning

cups
beef broth
mini hoagie rolls
for serving
Instructions
Season roast with seasoning and place in pressure cooker with broth
Seal and set on high pressure for 40 minutes
Allow for at least 15 minutes of natural pressure release
Release any remaining pressure and open pressure cooker
Remove beef and slice or shred
Serve on rolls and strain pan juices for dipping
