Instant Pot French Dip Sliders
Sometimes the Instant Pot is the solution you need for faster meal prep! Instant Pot French Dip Sliders are a simplified version of traditional French dip sandwiches with the same flavor and juices for dipping. Add a toasty roll and melted cheese to enjoy one of our family favorites!

Season the roast, and place it in the Instant Pot with the broth
Seal the Instant Pot and set it on high pressure for 40 minutes
Allow at least 15 minutes of natural pressure release
Manually release any remaining pressure and open the Instant Pot
Remove the beef, let it rest for a few moments, and slice or shred
Serve the beef on hoagie rolls with desired cheese and condiments, and strain the pan juices into a bowl for dipping
Store leftover meat for up to 3 days in the fridge. Freeze the meat with some of the sauce in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
Reheat meat and au jus in the microwave.
Use gluten-free rolls for a complete gluten-free meal. Leave out cheese to make the sliders dairy-free.
