Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place chicken, broth, sauce, and ranch seasoning in slow cooker
  • Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 5-7 hours until chicken is fully cooked
  • Using two forks, shred chicken and return it to slow cooker
  • Add softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese to chicken
  • Cover again and let dip continue to heat until cheese is fully melted (about 30 minutes)
  • Stir until smooth and serve with chips or as desired

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the microwave or the slow cooker on the warm setting.
  • Leftovers are delicious served either hot or cold.
  • I made this in my 2-quart slow cooker on low for 5 hours and then allowed another 30 minutes to melt the cheeses.
  • Nutrition is calculated without the addition of tortilla chips.
