Calling all sriracha lovers - this one’s for you! And if you haven't tried sriracha before, Slow Cooker Honey Sriracha Chicken will win you over with its combination of sweet and spicy flavors with a cooling drizzle sauce.
Cut chicken breasts into large, bite-sized chunks and place in slow cooker
In a bowl, mix sriracha, 1/4 cup honey, soy sauce, and lime juice
Pour sauce over chicken, cover, and cook on high for 2-4 hours or low for 5-7 hours until chicken is cooked through
Whisk drizzle sauce ingredients together in a bowl
Serve chicken with a generous drizzle of creamy sauce over rice, noodles, or as desired
Notes
Store leftover chicken in the fridge for up to 3 days and store the drizzle sauce separately. Reheat chicken in the microwave and add the drizzle sauce to individual servings.
Freeze leftover chicken in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
You can also use either all mayo or all yogurt for the drizzle sauce.
