Lunch Crock Sweet Potato Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 small sweet potato
  • 3-4 prepared frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated parmesan

Instructions

  • Wash and peel sweet potato and then spiralize using the spaghetti noodle attachment on your spiralizer
  • Store ingredients separately until ready to prepare
  • Add noodles, then meatballs to lunch crock and top with sauce
  • Add cover and lid and plug in
  • Let heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until meatballs heated through and sweet potatoes are tender crisp
  • Serve with grated parmesan
