Add water to bottom of pressure cooker
Add a trivet (I used the one that came with my pressure cooker), and place corn on top
Cover and seal, and set to high pressure for 2 minutes
Once finished, perform a quick steam release, carefully remove corn with tongs, and place it in a bowl
Add butter and let it melt, then toss corn and butter together with salt and serve
Store leftover corn (on or off the cob) in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the microwave.
Try leftover corn in lots of different recipes!
Try out different seasoning blends if you want to include other flavors. Garlic salt and parsley or a premixed elote seasoning would be delicious.
