1 pound lean ground beef 1 small onion diced 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables 1 1/2 cups frozen cubed sweet potatoes 14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes 2 teaspoons Homemade Italian Dressing Mix 2 cups chicken broth
Get Recipe Ingredients
Cook ground beef in skillet until browned, and drain off any excess grease
Add ground beef to slow cooker with remaining ingredients
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
Store leftover soup in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
Defrost and reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
