- 4 cups AE Dairy Eggnog (regular or lower sugar)
- 1 1/2 cup AE Dairy Whole Milk
- 3 cups strong brewed coffee (I used espresso blend)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup AE Dairy Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Add eggnog, milk, coffee and vanilla to slow cooker
Heat gently on low for about 2 hours or until steamy and hot
Add heavy whipping cream to bowl with powdered sugar
Use hand mixer on medium high speed to beat until cream forms stiff peaks
Serve mugs of eggnog lattes topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg if desired
