Slow Cooker Red Potatoes

You love red potatoes but you don't have time to make them the traditional way. Did you know that you can cook your red potatoes in a slow cooker? It's so easy and it tastes great! Follow these step-by-step instructions to make the perfect slow cooker red potatoes!

Instructions

  • Wash and cut potatoes in half
  • Toss with olive oil and seasoning
  • Place in slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3

Notes

  • I used a 2.5 quart slow cooker for this recipe
  • You can use store bought ranch dressing mix (powdered) in place of the homemade if you wish)
  • You can use other seasoning blends for a variety of flavors to go with many dishes
  • You could also use Yukon gold potatoes. I don't recommend russet as they will get mushy.
