Slow Cooker Red Potatoes
You love red potatoes but you don't have time to make them the traditional way. Did you know that you can cook your red potatoes in a slow cooker? It's so easy and it tastes great! Follow these step-by-step instructions to make the perfect slow cooker red potatoes!

Wash and cut potatoes in half
Toss with olive oil and seasoning
Place in slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3
I used a 2.5 quart slow cooker for this recipe
You can use store bought ranch dressing mix (powdered) in place of the homemade if you wish)
You can use other seasoning blends for a variety of flavors to go with many dishes
You could also use Yukon gold potatoes. I don't recommend russet as they will get mushy.
