Put carrots in slow cooker and pour honey butter mixture over the top
Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours until carrots are tender

Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat in 30-second increments in the microwave.
Freeze leftovers for up to 3 months in a sealed container. Allow the carrots to fully thaw prior to reheating. Drain any excess liquid before reheating to prevent the carrots from becoming mushy.
