Slow Cooker Sweet and Smokey Pulled Chicken

- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Chipotle and Roasted Garlic Grill Seasoning by McCormick
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup sweet and spicy BBQ sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray's)
Coat chicken well with grill seasoning
Place in slow cooker and top with tomato sauce
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 until chicken is cooked through and fall apart tender
Remove chicken from slow cooker to mixing bowl and shred with forks
Toss with BBQ sauce and up to 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid that remains in the crock
Discard remaining liquid and return chicken to slow cooker to keep warm until ready to serve
I cooked this on high for 4 hours in my 4 quart slow cooker
I highly recommend topping this off with my basic guacamole recipe!
