Ingredients
Leftover pulled pork
8-10
corn tortillas

tablespoon
canola oil
Corn salsa
1
can crispy french fried onions
1/4
cup
BBQ sauce
Optional: jalapeños
fresh cilantro, tomatoes
Instructions
Heat up
leftover pulled pork
(or make fresh pulled pork)
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brush with a little canola oil and heat each tortilla for a minute or so on each side
Prepare corn salsa
and refrigerate until ready to serve
Top warmed tortillas with pork, corn, onions, BBQ sauce and other toppings as desired
