Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rubbed sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine
  • Store in a sealed jar or container in a cool, dry location

Notes

  • Store in an airtight, dry container. Glass containers or jars are preferred.
  • Use 1 tablespoon per 24 oz jar of pasta sauce (more or less to taste) or about 1 tablespoon per pound of meat.
