1 pound lean ground beef 1/2 head cabbage 2 large carrots 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon oregano 24 oz tomato sauce 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Wash, dry and remove core from cabbage and shred into thin slices using sharp knife
Peel and slice carrots into 1/4 inch thick rounds
Brown beef in skillet over medium high heat until fully cooked
Add beef and all remaining ingredients to slow cooker and stir to combine
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4
