Slow Cooker Toffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup dry milk powder
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 oz bag Heath Toffee Bits

Instructions

  • Spray crock well with nonstick spray
  • In large mixing bowl sift together dry ingredients
  • Add remaining ingredients except toffee and mix well until there are no more lumps
  • Carefully mix in entire bag of toffee bits
  • Spread mixture into crock as evenly as you can (it will be thick)
  • Cook on high for 2-4 hours until edges start to harden and the center comes out clean when you poke it.
  • Let cool for about 1 hour then remove from crock and slice
