Slow Cooker Homemade Turkey Lunchmeat Sandwiches
Slow Cooker Memphis Rubbed Turkey Sandwiches are the perfect way to make a simple lunch or dinner. Make ahead and have the most delicious sandwiches ever and be the envy of the office or lunchroom!
Mix together spice blend in small container
Use 1 tablespoon of the spice and rub all over turkey breast (use more or less as desired)
Place turkey breast in slow cooker
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8
Remove, let cool and slice
