Ranch Seasoning

Where are all the ranch lovers?! Did you know that it's super easy to make up your own homemade spice blend to keep on hand and use in place of many recipes calling for powdered dressing mix? This one is dairy free as a bonus!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk the spices together in a bowl until combined
  • Store in a dry airtight container
  • Shake before using to recombine spices that may settle

Notes

  • spice blend will last as long as individual spice expiration dates
  • be sure to store in a dry location
  • this is not a substitute for the Hidden Valley Ranch packets as it does not contain any milk powder, although it can be used similarity to make dips and dressings and serve as a seasoning blend in recipes
