2 tablespoons butter 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast 1/2 cup mayo 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons yellow mustard 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
Melt butter in skillet over medium high heat
Salt and pepper chicken breasts to taste and add to skillet
Brown for 2-3 minutes on each side
Transfer to slow cooker
Pour about 3/4 of the sauce over the chicken
Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 until chicken is cooked through
Brush with remaining sauce to serve
