1 pound ground turkey 12 oz sweet potato peeled and diced 1/ 2 cup diced yellow onion 2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic 2 tablespoons chili seasoning 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder 26 oz can crushed tomatoes 14 oz can diced tomatoes 1 cup chicken broth
Brown ground turkey in skillet or multi-cooker, breaking apart with spatula, until cooked through
Transfer to slow cooker and add remaining ingredients and stir
Cover and heat on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6
Serve with cheese, crushed chips, sour cream and fresh cilantro or as desired
Use regular or fire-roasted diced and crushed tomatoes
Add black beans if desired
Reduce or increase broth depending on how thick you like your chili
