2 pound chuck roast 2 tablespoons herb and garlic seasoning 1/2 cup diced carrot 1/4 cup diced celery 1/4 cup finely diced onion 2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic 56 oz canned crushed tomatoes 1/2 cup beef broth 2 tablespoons honey
Add all ingredients to freezer bag
Remove air and seal well
Freeze for up to 3 months
Fully thaw overnight in fridge before cooking
Add contents of bag to slow cooker
Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 8-10 until roast is fall apart tender
Cut recipe in half to make smaller servings
Use leftovers to make baked pasta dishes
