6 chicken drumsticks 16 oz baby potatoes 8 oz carrots peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon herb and garlic seasoning
Toss all ingredients together until well coated
Add to slow cooker
Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6
If desired heat skillet with 2 tablespoon butter
Red potatoes cook faster than white
Adjust seasoning amount and type as desired to taste
Strain dripping and mix with cornstarch in small saucepan and simmer to make gravy
Add fresh herbs before serving if desired for even more flavor
Broil or brown drumstick in skillet after cooking if a crispier skin is desired
