Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 16 oz baby potatoes
  • 8 oz carrots peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon herb and garlic seasoning

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients together until well coated
  • Add to slow cooker
  • Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6
  • If desired heat skillet with 2 tablespoon butter

Notes

  • Red potatoes cook faster than white
  • Adjust seasoning amount and type as desired to taste 
  • Strain dripping and mix with cornstarch in small saucepan and simmer to make gravy
  • Add fresh herbs before serving if desired for even more flavor
  • Broil or brown drumstick in skillet after cooking if a crispier skin is desired
