Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 3 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to slow cooker
  • Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8
  • Remove chicken breast and use forks to shred

  • Easily halve or double this recipe 
  • Make sure the chicken is fully covered with broth
  • Let cool completely, store in air tight containers in fridge up to 3 days 
  • Divide into 1/2 or 1 pound portions and freeze for up to 3 months
