Melt butter in skillet or multi cooker
Season chicken on all sides and place into heated pan/multicooker
Let brown for 2-3 minutes on both sides
Mix together bbq sauce, buffalo sauce and honey
Transfer chicken to slow cooker and top with sauce
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4
Remove chicken wings to bowl and transfer remaining sauce to pan or switch multi cooker to sauté
Whisk together cornstarch with an equal amount of water and whisk into sauce
Continue whisking while bringing to a simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken sauce
Toss with wings and serve
