Slow Cooker Easy Roasted Garlic Marinara

Ingredients

  • 56 ounces canned crushed tomatoes
  • 16 ounces canned roasted garlic tomato sauce
  • 6 ounces canned tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons roasted garlic powder (or regular if you can't find roasted)
  • 2 teaspoons freeze dried basil (like Litehouse)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • teaspoon pepper
  • pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker
  • Stir to combine
  • Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 8-9 hours
  • Serve with your favorite pasta or as desired

Notes

I made this in my 4.5 quart round slow cooker on high for 5 hours, then kept in on warm for another 2 hours
