- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Minute Rice Multi-Grain Medley
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ounce prosciutto chopped
Add all ingredients to lunch crock warmer and stir
Add cover and lid and heat for about 1 hour or until rice is done
Remove lid and stir well until cream cheese is fully blended
