  • 1 pound frozen pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal optional
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded buffalo chicken
  • 4 oz shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 2 oz fresh mozzarella sliced


  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Spray pizza pan lightly with nonstick spray
  • Optional for crispier crust: sprinkle cornmeal evenly over pan
  • Stretch out dough and place over pan, use fingers to gently work the dough to all edges of the pan without leaving any holes
  • Spread ranch dressing over dough to within about a quarter inch of the edges
  • Spread chicken evenly over the dough and top with cheeses
  • Bake in oven for 12 - 14 minutes or according to instructions on store bough dough until dough is lightly browned and crispy and cheese is bubbly


  • This recipe calls for setting the oven at 425 degrees F. The hotter the oven, the faster the pizza cooks and the crispier it will be. Play around with it to get your favorite result.
  • You can pre-bake the crust for 2-3 minutes before adding toppings to ensure your pizza doesn't get soggy
  • Drizzle with additional buffalo wings sauce if desired for even more spice
  • If using another crust option follow instructions to determine baking time and temp for best results
