Pressure Cooker {Instant Pot} Chili
There are many ways to make chili, but when you want that slow cooked flavor in an instant there's no better recipe than this simple Instant Pot Chili!

1 pound ground turkey ½ small sweet onion diced 2 jalapenos diced (ribs and seeds removed) 14.5oz canned fire roasted diced tomatoes 14oz canned salsa style diced tomatoes 15 oz canned black beans drained and rinsed 2 teaspoons ancho chili powder 2 teaspoons regular chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried cilantro 1 teaspoon dried cumin 1 cup chicken broth
Preheat pressure cooker to sauté and add ground turkey
As the turkey breaks up and starts to cook, add diced onion and jalapeño
Once turkey is fully cooked add all remaining ingredients
Cover and set to high pressure for 10 minutes
Allow for full natural pressure release before serving
