2cupscooked grains like farro, quinoa or brown rice
2fresh peaches, sliced
1cupfresh blueberries
2earscooked corn on the cob, sliced off cob
1/2cupgrape tomatoes, halved
fresh slivered basil
Instructions
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces
Add chicken to slow cooker
Mix together preserves, vinegar, honey, and garlic and pour over chicken
Cover and cook on high for about 3 hours or low for about 6 hours
Serve chicken with desired bowl ingredients
