Ingredients

  • 2 pounds turkey tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup broth, optional

Instructions

  1. Mix together spice blend in small container

  2. Use 1 tablespoon of the spice and rub all over turkey breast (use more or less as desired)

  3. Place turkey breast in slow cooker

  4. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8

  5. Remove, let cool and slice
