Slow Cooker Chicken and Sweet Potato Chowder

Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken thighs

pound
sweet potato, peeled and diced

cups
frozen sweet corn kernels
2 1/2
cups
chicken broth

teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
cumin
1
teaspoon
chipotle chili powder
1
teaspoon
smoked paprika
1/2
teaspoon
dried cilantro
1/4
teaspoon
salt (or more to taste)
1/2
cup
heavy cream
Instructions
Add all ingredients except cream to slow cooker
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8
Remove chicken once fully cooked and shred
Return to slow cooker along with cream and let heat through for 15 more minutes
