2 oz diced red onion minced 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic 2 jalapeno peppers ribs and seeds removed, diced 1 pound sweet potatoes peeled and diced into bite sized pieces 14 oz can black beans drained and rinsed 2 teaspoons ancho chili powder 2 teaspoons chili powder 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon salt 14 oz fire-roasted diced tomatoes 28 oz crushed fire-roasted tomatoes 1 cup chicken broth or sub vegetable broth
Add all ingredients to freezer bag and shake to combine.
Remove air and seal
Freeze for up to 3 months
Thaw overnight in fridge before cooking
Add thawed ingredients to slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hour or low for 6-8 until potatoes tender
