Ingredients

  • 1.5 - 2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce

Instructions

  • Place chicken in crock with broth and sauce
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 until chicken is fully cooked
  • Shred in crock with forks
  • Use as a base for pizza, salads and wraps

Notes

I used a 3.5 quart crockpot and it took about 6 hours on low
