Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak cut into large chunks
  • 1.5 pounds baby gold potatoes about 3-4 per person
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup beef or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  • Place cut up steak and potatoes in crockpot
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Mix remaining ingredients in bowl or measuring cup
  • Pour over the top
  • Cover and cook on low 6 - 8 hours
