1 pound ground pork 1 5 oz can water chestnuts chopped 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon fish sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce 1 head iceberg lettuce
Place ground pork in crock and use spatula or wooden spoon to crumble it up
In a small bowl or a measuring cup mix together remaining ingredients
Pour over meat in crock
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 until pork is fully cooked and no longer pink
Give it all a stir to break it up and combine
Serve on lettuce leaves
