Slow Cooker Country Style Ribs
Slow cooker country style ribs are the perfect meal to make on a busy weeknight. They’re so easy and delicious that you’ll never want takeout again! And they only require 3 ingredients, so it won’t take much time or cost much either.

2 1/2 pounds pork country style boneless ribs 1/2 cup BBQ sauce 1/2 cup apricot preserves no sugar added preferred
Add ribs to slow cooker
Mix together BBQ sauce and apricot preserves
Pour half of the mixture over the ribs and save the rest in an airtight container in the fridge for later
Cook on low for 8 hours until cooked through
Brush on remaining sauce and serve
