Slow Cooker Country Style Ribs

Slow cooker country style ribs are the perfect meal to make on a busy weeknight. They’re so easy and delicious that you’ll never want takeout again! And they only require 3 ingredients, so it won’t take much time or cost much either.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds pork country style boneless ribs
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves no sugar added preferred

Instructions

  • Add ribs to slow cooker
  • Mix together BBQ sauce and apricot preserves
  • Pour half of the mixture over the ribs and save the rest in an airtight container in the fridge for later
  • Cook on low for 8 hours until cooked through
  • Brush on remaining sauce and serve

Notes

  • swap out preserve flavors for even more options!
  • stick with low or no added sugar sauces and preserves to keep sauces from burning in the slow cooker
  • Use a thick bbq sauce to prevent too much liquid in the dish
  • leftovers can be reheated in slow cooker or microwave
  • store leftovers in air tight container in fridge up to 3 days
