Slow Cooker Hashbrown Casserole

– 16 oz frozen hash browns – 2 tablespoons flour – 6 oz cup shredded cheddar cheese – ½ cup chicken broth – ¼ cup heavy cream – ¼ cup sour cream – 1 teaspoon onion powder – ½ teaspoon salt



Add hash browns to a large bowl, sprinkle with flour and toss to coat.


Add remaining ingredients and stir until evenly combined (reserve a handful of cheese for top)


Sprinkle handful of cheese on top, cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
